1. Introduction

Welcome to INPRINT AUSTRALIA (trading as INPRINT/INPRINT Embroidery). By accessing and using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Definitions

  • "We," "Us," "Our" refers to INPRINT AUSTRALIA (INPRINT/INPRINT Embroidery).

  • "You," "Your" refers to the customer, visitor, or user of our website and services.

  • "Products" refers to all garments, embroidery services, and other items sold on our website.

  • "Website" refers to www.inprint.com.au.

3. Ordering & Payment

  • All prices are in AUD and are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.

  • Orders are only processed once full payment is received.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors or stock unavailability.

  • Payment methods accepted: Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal, Bank Transfers.

  • For bulk orders, additional agreements may apply.

4. Production & Delivery

  • Standard production times are 7-15 working days after payment and approval of designs.

  • We rely on third-party couriers for delivery and are not responsible for delays beyond our control.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivered.

5. Custom Embroidery & Design Approval

  • Digitising fees and setup fees may apply depending on order quantity and complexity.

  • Customers must approve embroidery samples before production.

  • Once approved, no changes or cancellations can be made.

  • We are not liable for errors in embroidery if the customer provided incorrect artwork.

6. Refunds, Returns & Cancellations

  • Due to the nature of custom embroidery, we do not accept returns or refunds unless the product is faulty.

  • Faulty items must be reported within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • Non-customised (plain) items may be returned within 14 days if unused and in original packaging.

  • Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of order placement; otherwise, a cancellation fee may apply.

7. Bulk Orders & Pricing

  • Bulk discounts apply automatically at checkout.

  • Prices may vary based on stock availability and supplier pricing changes.

  • We reserve the right to price-match competitors at our discretion.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All logos, designs, and artwork created by INPRINT Embroidery remain our intellectual property.

  • Customers must have the legal right to use any logos or designs submitted for embroidery.

  • We reserve the right to reject designs that infringe copyright or trademarks.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to product use.

  • Our liability is limited to the replacement of faulty products or a refund at our discretion.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Customer data is protected under Australian privacy laws.

  • We do not share personal data with third-party firms except for email promotions and discounts (e.g., birthday and student offers).

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
