Returns Eligibility
You may return most new, unused, and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To qualify for a return, items must be:

Due to the customised nature of our embroidery services, the following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they are defective or incorrect:

Returns Due to Errors or Defects
If you receive an incorrect or defective item due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange a return or replacement.
Return Process
